Service Delivery & Activation Policy

Last updated: April 2025. This policy explains how and when your Zomplete account access is delivered after a successful payment.

Summary: Zomplete is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped. Account access is activated digitally, typically within 24 working hours after successful payment and verification. You will receive your login credentials via email once your account is ready.

1. Nature of the Service

Zomplete is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely over the internet. The service includes access to the Zomplete business management dashboard and all modules included in your selected subscription plan — such as lead management, customer management, follow-up tracking, invoicing, task management, team activity monitoring, reports, and daily operations.

No physical product, hardware, software installation package, or physical delivery of any kind is involved in or associated with any Zomplete subscription. Access to the Platform is provided exclusively through a secure online login provided to the subscriber after account activation.

2. Subscription and Payment Process

The subscription and activation process works as follows:

  1. Plan Selection: The subscriber selects a plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and proceeds to the payment step.
  2. Payment: Subscription payment is made via the available payment methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other supported options). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  3. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the subscriber receives an automated payment confirmation to their registered email address.
  4. Verification: Our team verifies the payment and the subscriber's registration details. If any information requires clarification, we will contact the subscriber via their registered email or phone number.
  5. Account Activation: Once payment is verified and any required information is confirmed, the subscriber's account is activated on the Zomplete Platform.
  6. Access Credentials: Login credentials or account access details are sent to the subscriber's registered email address. The subscriber may also be guided through initial onboarding steps depending on their selected plan.

3. Activation Timeline

Account activation is typically completed within 24 working hours of successful payment and successful verification.

Working hours for the purpose of this policy are defined as Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.

Activation may take longer in the following circumstances:

  • Payment confirmation is delayed by the payment gateway or banking system;
  • The subscriber's registration information is incomplete or requires verification;
  • The subscriber has not responded to a clarification request from our team within a reasonable time;
  • Payment is made on a public holiday or outside business hours — in which case the 24-hour window begins from the next working day.

If your account has not been activated within 48 working hours of a confirmed payment and you have not received any communication from us, please contact us at support@zomplete.com with your payment reference number.

4. What You Receive After Activation

Once your account is activated, you will receive:

  • An activation confirmation email to your registered email address;
  • Your account login credentials or a secure link to set your password;
  • Access to all features and modules included in your selected subscription plan;
  • Onboarding guidance relevant to your plan (support response by email for Starter and Growth; priority onboarding assistance for Pro).

5. No Physical Delivery

Zomplete does not ship or deliver any physical goods to subscribers at any time. There is no courier service, postal delivery, physical installation, or on-site setup associated with any Zomplete subscription.

Any references to "delivery" in Zomplete's documentation, policies, or communications refer exclusively to the digital delivery of account access — that is, the activation of your online account on the Zomplete Platform.

6. Access Requirements

To use the Zomplete Platform after activation, subscribers need:

  • A device with an internet connection (computer, tablet, or smartphone);
  • A modern web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari — updated to a recent version);
  • Valid login credentials provided at the time of account activation.

No additional software installation is required. Zomplete is a fully browser-based platform.

7. Subscription Period and Renewal

Each subscription is active for the billing period for which payment has been made (typically one calendar month from the activation date). At the end of each billing period, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled by the subscriber before the renewal date.

Subscribers will receive a reminder communication before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, access to the Platform may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared.

8. Account Access on Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, access will be deactivated. We recommend exporting any business data you need before your subscription expires.

9. Delays or Activation Issues

If there is a delay in activation or you experience any issue accessing your account after the expected activation window, please contact us immediately:

If a delay is caused by a technical failure on our part and activation cannot be completed, you may be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
