Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. We are committed to protecting your data and being transparent about how we use it.

This Privacy Policy explains how Adapt Computex ("Zomplete", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you visit the Zomplete website or use our business management platform. By using our Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and designation provided during registration or onboarding.
  • Billing Information: GST number, billing address, and payment-related details necessary to process your subscription. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payments are processed by our payment gateway partner.
  • Business Data: Lead information, customer records, invoice data, task details, follow-up notes, and any other data you enter into the Platform during normal use.
  • Support Communications: Messages, queries, and information you send us via email or the contact form.
  • Payment Screenshots (UPI payments): If you pay by UPI and upload a payment screenshot as proof, we store that image, the UTR reference you enter, and technical details of the file (its size, type and a cryptographic checksum). The image is stored in private storage and is not publicly accessible.
  • Device Location (optional, account setup only): When you choose “Use my current location” during account setup, your browser shares your device’s current coordinates with Zomplete once so we can determine your Postal PIN Code, city and state. We do not continuously track your location, and we do not retain the raw coordinates after the lookup is completed — only the resulting Postal PIN Code, city and state are saved with your account. This is entirely optional: you can enter your Postal PIN Code manually instead, and your browser will only share your location if you allow it when asked.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and actions taken within the application.
  • Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and improve platform performance. See Section 7 for more on cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and provide access to the Platform;
  • To process subscription payments and generate GST-compliant invoices;
  • To activate your account following successful payment verification;
  • To respond to your support queries and provide customer service;
  • To send you important service notifications, billing reminders, and account updates;
  • To monitor and improve Platform performance, security, and reliability;
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations under Indian law;
  • To prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the Platform;
  • To check an uploaded UPI payment screenshot against the payment details already held on our servers, so that your payment can be confirmed faster (see Section 4.1).

We do not use your business data (leads, customer records, invoices) for marketing or any purpose other than providing and improving the service you have subscribed to.

3. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into the Platform — including lead information, customer records, invoice data, and operational data — remains your property. Zomplete acts as a data processor in relation to your business data, not as a data controller. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your business data.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business data to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: We work with authorised payment gateway providers to process subscription payments. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
  • Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud infrastructure and hosting providers to operate the Platform. These providers have access to server-level data but are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable Indian law, court order, government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
  • Automated Payment Screenshot Analysis: When automated analysis is enabled, an uploaded Manual UPI payment screenshot may be processed by our configured image-analysis provider, currently Google Gemini, to read the details visible in the image. See Section 4.1.
  • Address Lookup: To turn a Postal PIN Code — or, if you choose “Use my current location”, your device’s current coordinates — into a city and state, our servers send that single value to our configured mapping provider, currently Google Maps Platform. The request is made by Zomplete’s servers, not by your browser, and it contains only the PIN Code or the coordinates. It is not linked to your name, email address or phone number, and we do not retain the provider’s raw response.

4.1 Automated Payment Screenshot Analysis

If you pay by Manual UPI, you upload a screenshot of your payment as proof. Zomplete can optionally use automated image analysis to read the details shown in that screenshot and compare them with the payment details our own servers already hold, so that a genuine payment can be confirmed faster than a manual review allows.

This feature is not always active. Your screenshot is only sent to an analysis provider when automated analysis is enabled for Manual UPI payments. When it is not enabled, your screenshot is stored privately by Zomplete and reviewed only by our team, and it is not sent to any analysis provider.

When automated analysis is enabled:

  • Who processes it: the screenshot may be securely processed by Zomplete’s configured image-analysis provider, currently Google Gemini. Only the image itself is sent; no other information about you, your account or your business accompanies it.
  • What the screenshot may contain: because it is a picture of your payment confirmation screen, it may include the payment amount, the UTR or transaction reference, the receiving UPI ID, the payee name, your own payer details or a masked account or card number, the transaction date and time, and any order or payment note shown on the screen.
  • What it is used for: verifying your payment; detecting fraud and duplicated or re-used payment evidence; assisting our customer support team with payment queries; and providing evidence in a payment dispute or chargeback.
  • What comes back: only the values read from the image, such as the amount, the UPI ID, the transaction reference and the status displayed on the screen.
  • What it is not: this is not a live bank or UPI network confirmation. It reads what your screenshot shows and cannot confirm that money actually reached our account. Whether a payment is accepted is always decided by Zomplete’s own servers, by comparing those values against the payment record we already hold.
  • Human review: if the automated analysis is uncertain, or if any detail does not match, your submission is reviewed manually by a member of our team, exactly as it would have been without this feature. An automated result never rejects your payment on its own.
  • Training: we do not permit your screenshot to be used to train the provider’s models.
  • Provider safeguards: processing by the provider is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and security safeguards, together with Zomplete’s own contractual and security controls.
  • Retention: Zomplete retains the original screenshot and its integrity metadata (such as file type, size and a cryptographic checksum) in private storage in line with our financial-evidence retention requirements described in Section 6, so that a payment can be substantiated later if it is queried or disputed.

Please upload only what is needed. Upload the payment-detail screen for that specific transaction, and avoid including unrelated personal content such as your wider transaction history, chat messages, notifications or other personal information that is not required to verify the payment.

If you would prefer your screenshot not to be analysed automatically, or if you have any question about the data used to verify your payments, contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will review your payment manually.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all Platform communications;
  • Secure server infrastructure with access controls and monitoring;
  • Restricted internal access to personal and business data on a need-to-know basis;
  • Regular security reviews and updates to our infrastructure.

While we take data security seriously, no system is completely immune from security risks. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we retain your data for a reasonable period (typically 90 days) to allow for account restoration if requested, after which it is deleted from our active systems. Certain information may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as audit and compliance records.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform efficiently. These include:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for Platform functionality such as session management and login state. The Platform cannot function properly without these.
  • Analytical Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised.
  • Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences to personalise your experience.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

8. Your Rights

As a user of Zomplete, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
  • Portability: Request an export of your business data in a standard format before account closure.
  • Objection: Object to specific uses of your personal information where permitted by law.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@zomplete.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Indian data protection requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

Zomplete is a business software platform intended for use by adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised date. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
