By accessing or using the Zomplete platform ("Platform"), subscribing to any of our plans, or making a payment, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform or make any payment.

1. About Zomplete

Zomplete is an all-in-one business management software provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. The Platform enables businesses to manage leads, customers, follow-ups, team activity, invoices, payments, tasks, and daily operations from a single dashboard.

Zomplete is operated by Adapt Computex, registered under Indian law, with GSTIN 24CLPPR9392Q1ZQ and registered address at A/2/306, Shyam Vatika, Delvada Road, Dindoli, Surat, Gujarat 394210.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law;
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding;
  • Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Zomplete offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Growth, and Pro — at the following monthly rates:

  • Starter: ₹999 per month + GST
  • Growth: ₹2,999 per month + GST
  • Pro: ₹7,999 per month + GST

All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Applicable GST will be charged in addition to the base subscription price and reflected on your invoice.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the date of activation. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. Access to the Platform is conditional upon successful payment of the applicable subscription fee.

4. Account Activation

Account access is activated digitally following successful payment and verification. Activation typically occurs within 24 working hours. Detailed terms governing the delivery of access are described in our Service Delivery & Activation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful;
  • Use the Platform to engage in spam, phishing, or any deceptive practice;
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform;
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties;
  • Use the Platform to store or process data in violation of applicable privacy or data protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this acceptable use policy.

6. User Data and Confidentiality

All data you enter into the Platform — including lead information, customer records, invoice data, and business information — remains your property. We will not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, design, trademarks, logos, and content associated with the Zomplete Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Adapt Computex or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as expressly permitted for normal use of the Platform.

8. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated functionality.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@zomplete.com. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zomplete and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Platform for your specific business needs.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Surat, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. If the changes are material, we will notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
