Last updated: August 2026. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Zomplete.
By accessing or using the Zomplete platform ("Platform"), subscribing to any of our plans, or making a payment, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform or make any payment.
Zomplete is an all-in-one business management software provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. The Platform enables businesses to manage leads, customers, follow-ups, team activity, invoices, payments, tasks, and daily operations from a single dashboard.
Zomplete is operated by Adapt Computex, registered under Indian law, with GSTIN 24CLPPR9392Q1ZQ and registered address at A/2/306, Shyam Vatika, Delvada Road, Dindoli, Surat, Gujarat 394210.
To use the Platform, you must:
By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
Zomplete offers Zomplete Freemium — free account-level access — together with multiple paid plans that provide access for a fixed period.
Current plan names, base prices, applicable GST, total amounts payable, access periods and included features are displayed on our public pricing page and are confirmed again at checkout before any payment is made. Because the plan catalogue may change from time to time, the pricing page and the checkout summary — not this document — are the authoritative statement of what is currently offered.
Paid access is purchased in advance for the selected access period. Access periods currently offered include 7, 30, 180 and 365 days, depending on the plan selected. A paid plan is not a monthly subscription and does not renew automatically.
Paid plan prices are stated as a base price plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The total amount payable, inclusive of GST, is shown on the plan card and again at checkout.
Zomplete Freemium requires no payment and has no paid access period.
The checkout confirmation issued for a purchase is the authoritative transaction summary for that purchase.
Paid access begins after successful payment and any required verification. Where payment is made by Manual UPI transfer, the submission remains under verification until an authorised administrator has verified the corresponding bank credit. Zomplete Freemium access begins after account setup. Detailed terms governing the delivery of access are described in our Service Delivery & Activation Policy.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated functionality.
You may cancel at any time by contacting our support team at support@zomplete.com. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current selected access period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a selected access period.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Platform for your specific business needs.
